2. Description of Service

YourEnglishJob.com provides a comprehensive job search platform with the following features:

  • Job Aggregation: We collect and display job postings from multiple third-party sources, job boards, and company career pages
  • Direct Job Postings: Companies can post job listings directly on our platform for English-speaking positions in Germany
  • AI Classification: Jobs are automatically analyzed and classified using AI to verify English language requirements
  • Email Alerts: Users can subscribe to personalized job alert notifications
  • Calculator Tools: Free tools including salary/tax calculator, sick pay calculator, cost of living estimator, and visa requirements guide
  • Job Search & Filtering: Advanced search functionality with location, remote type, and keyword filtering

The Service is free for job seekers. Companies pay fees for posting jobs directly on the platform.

3. Company Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Register for a company account
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans for job posting services. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our website.

4.2 Payment: Payment is processed through our secure payment provider (Stripe). By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

4.3 Job Listing Duration: Paid job postings remain active for 30 days from the date of publication, unless otherwise specified in your plan. You may request early removal at any time.

4.4 Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if your job posting has not yet been approved and published. Once a job is published, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

4.5 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a notification prior to renewal.

4.6 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.7 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

5. Job Posting Guidelines and Approval

5.1 Posting Requirements: When posting jobs, you agree to:

  • Post only legitimate job openings that actually exist
  • Provide accurate and complete job descriptions
  • Clearly indicate that German language skills are not required
  • Not post discriminatory content
  • Not post jobs that violate UK, German, or EU employment laws
  • Not include misleading information about salary, benefits, or working conditions
  • Not use the Service to collect resumes for purposes other than hiring
  • Not post jobs that are primarily commission-based without clear disclosure

5.2 Admin Approval Process:

  • All job postings are subject to admin review and approval before publication
  • We typically review submissions within 1-3 business days
  • We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any job posting at our sole discretion
  • Reasons for rejection may include: misleading content, violation of guidelines, inappropriate content, or jobs requiring German language skills
  • You will be notified by email if your posting is rejected, with an explanation when possible
  • Payment does not guarantee publication - refunds available per Section 4.4 if rejected before publication

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Engage in any form of automated data collection (scraping, harvesting)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications

7. Content Ownership and License

7.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all job postings and content you submit to the Service.

7.2 License to Us: By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

7.3 Our Content: All other content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any job posting or content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for monitoring or editing user content, but we may do so at our discretion.

9. Job Aggregation and Third-Party Content

9.1 Aggregated Content: Our Service displays job postings collected from multiple third-party sources including job boards, company career pages, and ATS platforms. We act as an aggregator and intermediary.

9.2 Source Attribution: Where required, we provide attribution to the original source of job postings (e.g., "Jobs by Adzuna"). Third-party sources retain ownership of their content.

9.3 No Warranty on Third-Party Jobs: We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of job postings from third-party sources. Job seekers apply to external positions at their own risk.

9.4 Reporting Issues: If you encounter fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate job postings, please report them to us at [email protected].

9.5 Removal Requests: Third-party content providers may request removal of their content by contacting us. We will process such requests promptly.

10. Calculator Tools Disclaimer

12. Email Communications and Marketing

12.1 Email Types: We send two types of emails:

  • Transactional: Account-related emails (registration confirmation, password resets, payment receipts, job posting status updates)
  • Marketing: Job alert subscriptions, newsletters, and promotional emails (optional, requires consent)

12.2 Job Alert Subscriptions: By subscribing to job alerts, you consent to receive regular emails (daily or weekly) containing job recommendations matching your preferences.

12.3 Unsubscribe Rights: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by:

  • Updating your preferences in your account dashboard
